Pickup Instructions — Perth warehouse

NOTE - WAREHOUSE HAS MOVED

You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of placing your order.
Your goods will be ready for collection any time after you receive your invoice via email within the pickup times below.

If you don't receive your invoice in a timely manner, or if you have any other queries
relating to your order, please contact Customer Service on 1300 PIP ANZ (1300 747 269).

Pickup Times

Pickup is available at our Perth warehouse on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

The pickup times are as follows:

• 8:30am - 12:00pm
• 1:00pm - 3:00pm

Pickup Location

1. Ring the bell outside Roller Door 1 and a team member will come and assist you .
   
   
2. Phone Budi (0431 135 534) or Mel (08 6117 9942) ONLY if the doorbell goes unanswered.
   
   
3. On-site warehouse staff will get your signature on the paperwork - preferably filled with name and date.
