Where can I buy Bisley Workwear?

You can make a Click & Collect purchase direct from the Bisley workwear website, if you want to see any of our product in store, you can visit one of our stockists.

I don't know my size, can you help?

As a general rule of thumb, our safety wear and workwear are true to Australian sizing standards. We recommend double checking our in-depth SIZE CHART for exact measurements and explanations about the type of fit a style may have.

Is the colour on the website the colour I will receive?

We try as hard as possible to ensure all products featured on our website are true to colour, style and design. Texture may not always be fully visible with digital photography - but not to worry, we've made sure it's the most comfortable workwear around.

Please note that the colouring for all Hi Vis Safety Wear is compliant with Australian Workwear Standard.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Our Bisley Warehouse team works as hard as possible to have all Click & Collect orders dispatched as quickly as possible, generally dispatching within the next working day. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.

Will I receive any notifications for my Click & Collect Purchase?

You sure will! After your order has been processed it takes up to 24hours from dispatching to begin receiving text notifications from Australia post. As soon as your order has arrived at your desired workwear store you will receive an email notification alerting you of its arrival.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has been processed and you have received an order confirmation email, please allow 24 hours for your Australia Post tracking notifications to come through via text.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

Our warehouse works extremely hard to ensure that all Click & Collect orders are picked, packed, and dispatched as soon as possible. After an email order confirmation has been received, we are unable to cancel orders. The good news is that we offer FREE RETURNS! Sending back your unwanted order is on us!

My order hasn't been delivered, what can I do now?

Goods that have been lost in transit are eligible for a full refund. Simply email our customer service team at: orders@bisley.com.au or via phone at: 1300 247 539

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

We accept items that are in their original condition (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, no markings). We will provide you with a refund upon your parcel's arrival. Please note we do not accept sale items. For our full returns policy CLICK HERE!

How will my return be processed?

After you have received your free postage label and dropped your parcel of at your local post office to be returned, please monitor your parcels tracking status.

Once your return has arrived back at our Bisley Warehouse, our team will assess the parcel and return as required. Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be fully processed.

Do you offer refunds?

How will my refund be processed?

Your refund will be processed back onto the original form of payment.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or colour?

We only offer exchanges for approved faulty items. To apply for a faulty exchange, CLICK HERE!

If you're after a change of size, colour, or style we recommend returning your Click & collect and repurchasing your desired workwear.

I think my item is faulty, what do I do?

If you suspect your item has arrived faulty, please contact our customer service team at: orders@bisley.com.au You will need to attach photo proof of your product in its original condition and the area of the perceived fault. Our team will respond to your claim within 3 business days.

I bought an item that is now discontinued, can I return it?

Unfortunately not, all discontinued items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

I purchased from a Stockist; can I return direct to Bisley Workwear?

Unfortunately not, we only accept returns from Click & Collect orders purchased directly through www.bisleyworkwear.com.au
